Report: Ukraine arrests mobile operator’s assets owned by Russians
MOSCOW, Oct 12 (PRIME) -- A Ukrainian court has arrested U.S. $463 million of assets of mobile operator lifecell owned by Russian businessmen Mikhail Fridman, Pyotr Aven, and Andrei Kosogov, edition Ekonomicheskaya Pravda reported late on Wednesday quoting the security service as saying on October 6.
The court earlier arrested 100% of telecom company Kyivstar, controlled by the three businessmen via Dutch company VEON.
The paper said the total value of the arrested property amounts to $356 million.
